Golden Creek Reserve raises full-blood Japanese Black Wagyu and American Wagyu (Angus cross) on our family farm near Southern California’s Temecula Valley wine country. Nestled on 80 acres of mountain range and tree-lined hills, our cattle thrive beside a fresh spring-fed creek—raised with care, open space, and the intention to nourish both land and table.
We moved permanently to the farm in
2020 with our school-aged kids to restore the land and build something lasting. Together we are dedicated to ethical, regenerative practices—producing clean, tender beef while teaching our children the values of stewardship, sustainability, and care for all living things. We never use implants, hormones, vaccines or antibiotics.
